Payment Policy
1. No work without payment
No custom design or development work begins until your deposit is received and confirmed in writing.
A project deposit is marked as paid only after we have confirmed receipt of funds — never automatically from a form submission.
2. Standard websites
For website packages (landing, business, booking, e-commerce):
- 50% deposit — due before design or development begins
- 50% balance — due before launch, domain handover, and source file delivery
3. Custom apps & business systems
Custom apps and systems: 40% deposit, 40% at beta milestone, 20% before launch.
4. Quote, then Yoco deposit
After reviewing your project request, Dreamwise Agency will send you a written quote. If approved, we will send a secure Yoco payment link for the required deposit. No work begins until payment is received and confirmed.
These estimates are guidance only. A final written quotation will be provided after reviewing your requirements.
5. Payment methods
Yoco (primary): Secure Yoco payment link — sent manually by email or WhatsApp after you approve your written quote (no card or banking fields on this website)
Bank EFT: Bank EFT with unique reference (available on request after quote approval)
We do not collect card or banking details on dreamwiseagency.co.za. All deposits are paid via Yoco links we send to you.
All amounts are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated.
6. Project payment status
Each project is tracked through the following stages (future client portal):
- Lead Received
- Quote Sent
- Deposit Paid
- In Progress
- Final Payment Due
- Completed
7. Invoices & references
Invoices include project reference, scope summary, amount due, due date, and payment instructions. Payment references must be quoted exactly to ensure prompt allocation.
8. Late payment
Launch, source code handover, and domain transfer are withheld until outstanding balances are cleared. For custom projects, beta access may be paused if milestone invoices are overdue by more than 14 days.
9. Ownership transfer
Final source files, domain handover, and go-live occur only after final payment is confirmed.
Until full payment is received, all concepts, designs, and source code remain the property of Dreamwise Agency.
10. Visibility Growth Plans
Monthly visibility plans (Visibility Starter R199/mo, Visibility Growth R499/mo, Visibility Partner R999/mo) are billed monthly after launch. Plans may be cancelled with 30 days written notice.
